We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with demonstrated experience in leading marketing teams.  This individual will have the demonstrated ability to create demand and drive net new revenue opportunities for our enterprise products.  The right individual for this role has a strong and proven understanding of B2B, SaaS marketing and a passion for working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Reporting to the COO, this ideal candidate has successfully conceived and executed omni-channel marketing campaigns that provides a seamless user experience across all channels relevant to Resilio’s enterprise buyer’s journey.  This would include experience in successfully utilizing appropriate forms and mix of digital and traditional demand generation tools that map all possible touch-points and channels in order to optimize sales ready leads and high conversion rates of those leads to closed sales.  This would include a portfolio of strategies and tactics such as digital advertising, websites, messaging, social media channels, email marketing, webinars, and other such lead nurture tactics that drives sales ready leads.

This person will also have demonstrated ability to plan, build, execute, analyze and report in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Set demand generation strategy including initiatives leveraging: webinars, content/SEO, email marketing, and website/landing pages.
  • Develop lead generation/campaign program objectives, goals, and metrics, and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive successful customer acquisition
  • Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and the rest of the marketing organization to launch programs and campaigns


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise software demand generation, leading and managing campaigns. File transfer software experience is a bonus!
  • Has experience designing and executing demand generation campaigns aligned to Product Marketing and Sales to generate pipeline
  • Collaboration and communication, including strong relationship skills, demonstrating positive attitude and focus on teamwork
  • Exceptional writing, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry and B2B marketing trends
  • Startup experience
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Analytical, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions
