Tracker Protocol Encryption Error

Error code: TRACKER_PROTOCOL_ENCRYPTION_ERROR

The TRACKER_PROTOCOL_ENCRYPTION_ERROR error appears when the Agent cannot establish a secure connection with the Tracker server. This can occur due to several reasons, such as:

  • Invalid or expired SSL/TLS certificates
  • Incorrect SSL/TLS configuration on the Tracker server
