Folder location unmounted unexpectedly

Error code: SE_CF_UNMOUNTED

This error is triggered when a sync root folder that was previously mounted via Apple FSKitBridge becomes unexpectedly unmounted during operation - i.e., it wasn't a clean, intentional disconnection. This can happen due to:

  • The underlying storage being removed or disconnected.
  • A system-level event that caused the sync root to be torn down without going through the normal disconnect path.

Solution

Restart the Agent, as the sync engine is no longer able to communicate with the mount point and needs to re-establish the connection from scratch.
