Overview

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving the customers' technical issues using your expertise and extensive cooperation with the engineering and QA departments. Develop solutions that could involve configuration, bug fixes, or new features in the product. Communicate a resolution plan with the customer and deliver the final solution to the customer's complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features according to specifications and customer’s requests;

  • Produce high quality code that implement required functionality

  • Develop corresponding unit tests to properly test the code

  • Identify customers issues based on logs and provide a resolution in a timely manner;

  • Collaborate with other developers, QA team and project managers to refine requirements

Qualifications

  • At least two years professional server application development experience.

  • You must have a strong familiarity with JS frameworks

  • Experience with node.js

  • Good knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript 

  • Preferably knowledge of React, Backbone (legacy code)
