Automatically Assign Agents to Groups
Based on an Agent’s tag, it’s possible to automatically add newly connected Agents to a group or reassign groups to all connected Agents. Also, seamless moving of Agent(s) from one group to another is supported, without having to delete the Agent from a group prior to the move.
