#1 Marketing Campaign Manager (USA, remote)

Our Opportunity

Resilio is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our account-based marketing growth team. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will drive efficiency, scale, and maximum impact of our Resilio enterprise marketing campaigns. This role is an exciting opportunity to own the end-to-end execution of planned campaign tactics in close partnership with the Digital, Customer, and Sales teams, including content development, audience segmentation, activation across web, email, and digital channels, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate has experience managing and scaling B2B software marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions that grow our ABM programs and maximize sales-qualified opportunities.

We seek an experienced ABM professional who can drive planning and execution in an individual contributor role across full-funnel campaigns and demonstrate ownership of campaign performance with c-suite visibility. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This role will involve developing campaign ideas and working with multiple stakeholders across Resilio to determine how to leverage full-funnel marketing channels for our core industry segments. The ideal candidate is a passionate business-to-business marketing professional with a track record of achieving and measuring results through innovative marketing programs. The Marketing Campaign Manager can make an impact by connecting customer lifecycle funnel activities to downstream revenue outcomes within our account-based marketing (ABM) outbound framework.

The ideal candidate can manage and own the performance of multiple campaigns across various goals, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver quality work in a fully remote workforce.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global campaign activation plan and calendar for team-wide visibility into campaign and program tactics

  • Provide regular communications and updates to inform and enable extended Marketing and Sales teams on our global campaigns

  • Proactively monitor tactic performance and identify areas for optimization using actionable, data-driven insights to increase campaign return on investment

  • Offer best practices and testing/optimization techniques to improve the performance of programs and tactics

  • Ensure that our campaign tactics are targeting the right people at the right accounts through the right channels

  • Partner closely with the sales team to select the right target accounts for ABM programs and then develop and launch tailored campaigns to win those top logos

  • Measure and report on your programs with actionable insights and learnings

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in ABM and/or enterprise marketing

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience running programs in an account-based marketing motion with outbound sales

  • Mindset and ability to present ideas to senior-level leadership and balance feedback with data-driven insights to deliver the best plan

  • Strong problem-solving skills to strategize creative ways to get in front of top accounts

Benefits

  • The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000–$120,000. The salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.

Qualifications

  • Required: Customer Success Manager with 1-2 years of experience (preferably at least 1 year in Technology, SaaS, or a related field).

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support.

  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to advocate for our customers.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidentially over the phone, e-mail, and in-person
