#1 Technical Account Manager (USA, remote)

Resilio is a silicon valley based startup that creates and sells scalable data management solutions to mid-sized companies and large enterprises. The company is an ideal place for Technical Account Managers who want to play a significant role in our fast-growing company. Location

USA (Remote work in any of the 50 states of the USA)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Increasing sales and winning new business

  • Evaluating customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions

  • Conducting product demos and sales presentations

  • Support channel partners in their sales efforts

  • Work with Solutions Architect on customer POC preparation

  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful transition after landing a new deal

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of selling enterprise software with ASP of $10-20k/year

  • Startup experience

  • Technical at a level that you feel comfortable discussing storage and networking needs with leads

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills

  • Hard worker and dedicated to getting things done

  • Willingness to  start the day early or stay up late to accommodate the needs of international customers on an occasional basis

#2 C++ Engineer (USA, Remote)

​Resilio is a silicon valley based startup that creates products which bring the power of peer-to-peer and fast data transfer to the enterprise market. As a team member you will have an opportunity to work with a variety of data transfer technologies and utilize direct OS API (Linux, Mac, Windows) to produce optimal code for performance and reduced memory footprint.

Location

USA (Remote work in any of the 50 states of the USA, Eastern Time Zone preferred to have more overlap with European Development Team)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features according to specifications and customer’s requests;

  • Produce high quality cross-platform C++ code that runs on Mac, Windows, Linux;

  • Develop corresponding unit tests to properly test the code

  • Identify customers issues based on logs and core dumps and provide a resolution in a timely manner;

  • Collaborate with other developers, QA team and project managers to refine requirements

Qualifications

  • At least two years professional C++ development experience.

  • You must have a strong familiarity with object-oriented programming, modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20), boost library, unit testing, test-driven development

  • Familiarity with: system and network programming under Linux or Windows

  • Familiarity with: low level debugging and profiling of native code

#3JS Engineer (USA, Remote)

As a Lead Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving the most complex customers' technical issues using your expertise and extensive cooperation with the engineering and QA departments. Develop solutions that could involve configuration, bug fixes, or new features in the product. Communicate resolution plans with the customer and deliver the final solution to the customer's complete satisfaction.

  • Fast and effective troubleshooting of customer issues that might involve software, networking and hardware.

  • Perform analysis of the issue to identify the root cause and develop a plan on how to resolve it.

  • Direct involvement with various teams (Development, QA) to resolve the issue.

  • Communicate resolution plans with the customer and deliver a solution when it will be ready.

  • Provide technical leadership to junior team members

  • Help create knowledge base articles and other internal documentation

Experience

  • 2+ years of work experience in an applicable industry or a role

  • Network troubleshooting (know how to use Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf; HTTP servers)

  • Experience with TCP/IP, UDP protocols

  • Windows & Linux expertise

  • OS troubleshooting (know how to use Sysinternals, top, iotop, netstat, systemctl, etc.)

  • Great communication skills and customer focus

  • Ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues

  • Passion for troubleshooting, ability to come up with efficient solutions for unordinary issues

  • Strong English both verbal and written (B2-C1)
