Director of Product Marketing
Our Opportunity
Resilio is pushing the boundaries of global file systems, data orchestration, and intelligent data management for mid-market and large enterprises managing hybrid IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in communicating the value of our solutions to technical buyers facing challenges with server synchronization, hybrid work collaboration, and seamless on-premises storage with cloud and edge integration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product messaging, launch strategies, and driving product adoption in enterprise software. A strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure trends and hands-on marketing experience in public or hybrid cloud is required.
You'll be responsible for articulating the unique benefits of our platform, such as:
Global file systems that enable seamless access to data across multiple locations
Intelligent data orchestration that optimizes storage costs and performance
Using hybrid and multi-cloud for flexible enterprise storage deployments
Your role will involve translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with IT decision-makers. You'll need to demonstrate how our solutions address critical pain points such as multi-site data replication, latency reduction, and operational efficiency in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
Collaboration between Resilio and external agencies and partners is essential to maintaining a differentiating point of view and taking our story to the market through digital, events, and sales channels. You should have experience positioning software products to drive instant clarity for buyers and sellers on the right product for the right use case.
You should have a passion for technology but a proven ability to captivate new customers above the technical details. You'll work closely with product management, sales, and our account-based marketing team to get the right message out to the market and drive product launches.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for enterprise hybrid infrastructure solutions
Lead marketing launch initiatives for new product releases, including planning and post-launch analysis
Create and implement strategies to drive product adoption and customer engagement
Develop sales enablement materials
What You’ll Need
5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, preferably in cloud infrastructure
Proven track record in developing successful product messaging and positioning
Experience leading product marketing launches and collaborating on product adoption strategies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$190,000. The salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401(k) and paid time off.
